Moravas Design & Construction


Moravas Design & Construction has been building and remodeling homes in Houston since 2013. Juan Ayerbe, the principal designer and builder worked with Houston-based Parra Design Group for nearly a decade prior to launching Moravas and built homes in his native Colombia for decades prior to coming to the United States.

Moravas’ mission is to design, build and sell houses with contemporary designs and applications of bioclimatic concepts in harmony with the environment. In addition to developing site-specific communities in Houston, Moravas works with clients on custom construction and renovation projects.
